Paula started training as a beauty therapist after leaving school at a top hairdressers & beauty salon in Chichester west Sussex. Quite a few famous people use to visit this salon which Paula met.

Having moved from West Sussex to Bridgwater in 2002 Paula attended a beauty school to update & learn new therapies.
Paula is not only a qualified beauty therapist but also qualified as a holistic practitioner in clinical aromatherapy & Indian head massage working with over 30 essential oils. Registered with the Federation of Holistic therapies & also the British association of beauty therapy and cosmetology
Paula realises that into today's society time is taken up with so many pressures , with work & family . Stress then becomes a vicious circle in our lives. Causing tiredness irritability anger mood swings and resentment. Stress effects are well being & leads to all kinds of illness whether physical or mental. We all need to stop & have some “Me time” to relax (sitting with a coffee is not really relaxing your mind is already on the next to do list)
